I'm wondering, since your favorite games seem to be Elder scrolls 4 and Assassin's creed..

Have you played fable 2, Knights of the old republic? Those games are in terms of roleplaying and story progression quite superior to the former two :p

Actually I've never played either one of them, I've just been designated co-Pilate as I watch my hubby play. lol =D The only game I'm actually good at playing is Soul Caliber IV. Kyle (hubby) hasn't played either one of Fable or Knights of the old republic. Knights is cool if you're into the star wars sci-fi type games and he's heard good stuff about Fable just hasn't played it as he found it a little too dark for his liking. =/ So there ya have it. :)

That sounds like my situation, almost all of my gaming experience comes from watching other people, plus wikipedia, dA and youtube ^^;. And yet I totally kicked my gamer friend's butt at Soul Calibur one time! XD

Ah yes... my hubby and I play Soul Caliber IV and we've been having a hard time with the Tower of Lost Souls. We're on like what.... ~thinks for a moment~... I think floor 51-53 or something like that. It's called solitary princess and it's maddening. >,O Sometimes we'll do a tag team; I work him up to the last floor and then he takes over. It almost works but it really depends because the stupid computer is so random in it's battling strategy. :rage:

Bioware also brings out games such as Never winter nights, based on Dungeons and dragons roleplaying rules. They have put a lot of story-progression and influencing things in mere conversations.

For instance, one of the first things you do as a jedi in kotl is taking care of another padawaan (student jedi) that has given in to the dark side. Usually, people kill her. But i found out that its also possible to bring her back to the light side and have her as a companion and friend. Its kinda awesome :)

Fable 2 is really, really amazing. The only thing that's missing in fable 2 is having the conversation options that KOTL has. But its really a nice game - my ex girlfriend and I actually played it in co-op (She would function as a "mercenary" that helped me kill mobs).

So euhm, i suggest you try them out when you got some spare money (or can trade it, or whatever :D)
